What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Engineer, proficiency in test automation using Playwright, Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP development principles, Experience in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and executing various types of testing (functional, integration, regression, etc. ), Demonstrated ability to implement and facilitate Root Cause Analysis, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills in English, Ability to work independently and collaboratively within agile development teams, Experience in structuring and improving quality assurance processes, A passion for AI technologies and a willingness to learn and explore new AI tools and methodologies, Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken, for effective global communication, Proven experience as an SDET, Test Engineer, or similar role with a focus on quality assurance and test automation, Knowledge of AI tools and methodologies, Familiarity with AI concepts or frameworks, Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, Javascript, Familiarity with API testing and tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc. ), Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and tools (Vercel, etc. ), understanding of Agile methodologies and regression testing, Experience implementing Testing processes: defining best practices, creating test cases, and working on Root Cause Analysis meetings, Experience with SQL queries/ DBT Models, Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests, Familiarity with AI concepts or frameworks is a plus, Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks, Knowledge of performance testing and security testing principles, Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance, Relevant certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc. )

## Description We are seeking a skilled Mid/Senior Quality Analyst to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our software solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading quality engineering efforts for both Salesforce and SAP development teams. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI agents, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering robust, reliable, and user-friendly applications. Responsibilities: - Lead quality engineering efforts for Salesforce and SAP development teams.
