Lead daily operations of QC
Ensure products meet quality standards
Optimize workforce efficiency
Enforce shopfloor compliance (5S/Safety)
Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects
Resolve customer complaints
Maintain readiness for compliance audits
and optimize staffing
Achieve quality targets
Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes
Conduct floor walks to monitor safety
Ensure workers adhere to safety regulations
Ensure workers adhere to 5S standards
and resolve quality issues
Minimize Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
Minimize Customer Complaint Reports (CCR)
Assign tasks to support teams
Deploy support teams to resolve deviations
Coordinate with Production Supervisors
Handle operational incidents
Develop long-term improvement plans
Investigate root causes of complaints
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Oversee replacement of defective items
Oversee reprinting of defective items
Ensure 100% on-time delivery
Review special client requests
Monitor special client requests
Guarantee application of special requests
Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Manage Lab operations
