Hands-on QA experience across web and mobile platforms, Track record of owning quality for complex work, Experience coaching less-experienced QA colleagues, Working knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript, Comfortable spending time in the codebase alongside engineers, Ability to make independent, well-reasoned decisions on coverage, tooling, and approach for complex initiatives, Communicates risk clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Cares about the people impacted by what is tested, Right to live in the UK, DBS check
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Playwright, Cypress, or similar modern automation frameworks, Experience working closely with engineers, including reviewing pull requests and pairing on test implementation, Approaches testing with an automation-first mindset and can clearly explain when automation is or is not the right choice, Informed perspectives on emerging testing approaches, combined with ongoing curiosity and a commitment to learning

**Role: Senior QA Test Engineer** **Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds. ** **Salary: £ DOE plus extensive benefits** **Contract type: Permanent** **Employment type: Full time** **Working hours: We work on a core hours principle.
