What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BSc degree in Civil Engineering, 14 years of overall experience, at least 5 years in the GCC, 3 years in a project management company in a QA/QC role, MME certified in Qatar, Extensive knowledge of QA/QC management practices, standards, and processes in large infrastructure or construction projects, Proven experience in leading audits, managing NCRs, and driving corrective and preventive actions, experience preparing and presenting quality KPIs and reports to clients and senior management, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capabilities in contractual and technical correspondence, leadership and stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate across multiple packages and teams
Nice to Have
Proficiency with QA/QC and document control tools and platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, OpenSpace, APMS, DataGrid, or similar), Experience implementing advanced or AI-enabled digital solutions in QA/QC and document control, Experience in cost-plus contract environments and quality-related commercial assessments, analytical skills in data-driven performance monitoring and trend analysis, Experience in delivering technical training and workshops on quality and digital systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Capabilities in contractual and technical correspondence
Process & Methodology
Quality management across multiple infrastructure project packages, Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and associated schedules, Develop and implement program-level quality procedures, Develop and implement standardized inspection practices, Develop and implement contractual deliverables tracking
