What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience testing and assuring the quality of complex platform, infrastructure, or data-centric systems, Strong, hands-on expertise in designing and developing automated tests for modern back-end applications (Java, Kotlin, Go,. NET) and distributed systems using RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns, Demonstrated experience with Service Oriented Architecture, Solid understanding of cloud-native principles from a quality perspective, Proven track record of writing clean, scalable, and well-maintained test automation code, Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment
Nice to Have
Experience with private and public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Proven ability to influence your team's technical quality decisions and lead testing projects to completion, A passion for mentoring other engineers and elevating the team's quality capabilities, Experience with CI/CD best practices, integrating automated tests, and infrastructure-as-code tools (like Terraform) for test environments
