What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in QA, Experience testing native mobile applications (iOS / Android), Understanding of the release process (App Store, Google Play, TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution), Experience with bug tracking systems (Linear, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr etc.), Experience with crash/issue tools (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics), Understanding of CI/CD processes, System thinking and ability to build processes from scratch
Nice to Have
UI automation experience (preferably Maestro or similar tools), Experience with observability (Grafana, Amplitude), SQL for analyzing bugs and production data, Working with feature flags and A/B tests, Experience in subscription-based mobile products, Integration of MCP servers or similar AI workflow solutions

Building the QA process from scratch for mobile applications (iOS / Android)
Creating and maintaining regression
Forming quality gates before releases to App Store and Google Play
Integrating QA into the development cycle (integration with the engineering team)
Building a testing process without 'chaotic manual clicking'
Automating repetitive scenarios (E2E / UI)
Implementing AI tools in QA processes (test case generation
Working with the support team and forming L2 logic for incident analysis and reducing engineer load
Analyzing production issues and forming systemic fixes
