Job Functions * Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software products, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. * Lead the design and development of automated test scripts and frameworks to increase testing efficiency. * Define and track quality metrics to measure product quality and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery. * Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the software. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test planning and execution. * Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages. Preferred Qualifications: * Master’s degree in computer science or a related field. * Relevant certifications in quality assurance or testing. * Strong knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles. * Experience with performance testing and profiling tools. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. * Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a QA team. * Experience with testing mobile applications and web services.
