What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–8 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, expertise in both automation and manual testing, hands-on experience with test automation frameworks — Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent, Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, REST API), performance testing (JMeter, k6), security testing basics, Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar), Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language — Python, Java, or JavaScript, Experience with bug tracking and test management tools — Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate defects, risks, and quality status to engineering and product stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in a B2B SaaS or fintech/regtech product environment, Exposure to AI/ML product testing or data pipeline validation, Knowledge of accessibility testing standards (WCAG), ISTQB or equivalent certification
What You'll Do.
Contribute to and continuously improve the overall QA strategy
Own end-to-end test planning and execution
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for UI
and performance testing
Oversee test case design
and ensure thorough regression and smoke test suites
Perform deep root cause analysis on critical bugs and drive systemic fixes
and security testing initiatives
Establish and maintain QA processes
Ensure compliance with release checklists and sign-off criteria
Continuously improve CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
Own both automation and manual testing
Shape testing strategy
Collaborate closely with Product
and DevOps to ensure we ship with confidence

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps; Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Managers; Advocate for quality at every stage of the delivery lifecycle; Drive systemic fixes in collaboration with engineering; Collaborate with the DevOps team; Clearly articulate defects, risks, and quality status to engineering and product stakeholders
