What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: * You will be the main driver for improving quality in your embedded team and work with key stakeholders to drive process, tooling, and testing changes. * You will also be responsible for creating the test strategy for the team's projects, with a focus on shift left QA activities instead of just test execution. * You will also be the subject matter expert for the team's testing and product knowledge, driving knowledge sharing and documentation for your team and other teams' software engineers and QA * You'll also need to model initiative and ownership in achieving goals, improving processes and solutions for other QA engineers.
