Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager managing complex silicon or system-level validation programs, Systems QA expertise, Silicon architecture knowledge, Basic grasp of pre-silicon Design Verification concepts, Proven proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Standard hardware/software release processes
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in EE, CE, CS, or a technical MBA, Proficiency using AI-based tools for program management optimization, Proficiency using AI-based tools for action-item tracking, Proficiency using AI-based tools for automated meeting minutes, Direct experience with Baseboard Management Controllers, Direct experience with embedded Linux, Direct experience with IPMI/Redfish protocols, Understanding of hardware Root-of-Trust, Understanding of cryptographic accelerators, Understanding of secure boot architectures
What You'll Do.

Lead program management for End-to-End Quality Assurance team
Drive program execution for complex SOC Design Verification
Work closely with HW/SW design
Track multiple parallel ASIC SOC projects from pre-silicon
Coordinate schedules and dependencies between QA
Identify technical and schedule bottlenecks
Develop clear mitigation plans
Report key execution metrics and milestone readiness
Oversee testing schedule for full server systems and
Drive end-to-end triaging

Manage program dependencies for QA teams validating firmware
Track deployment of automated test regressions
Drive schedule adherence for block-level
Monitor pre-silicon bug burn-down rates
Prioritize critical fixes to keep tape-out schedules on
