We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a team building an AI-powered conversational platform. The solution combines Python-based backend microservices running on AWS, a modern web application, and real-time voice technologies to deliver intelligent customer interactions. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for REST APIs, including authentication, authorization (RBAC), and request/response validation. * Build and enhance UI automation frameworks using modern testing tools and best practices. * Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and pytest. * Create and maintain test documentation, test cases, and defect reports. * Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation. * Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle. * Contribute to quality assurance activities for conversational and voice-based AI solutions, including validation of user interact
