6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, Proven experience owning quality for complex product domains, Ability to handle ambiguous requirements, Demonstrated experience identifying systemic risk, Advanced experience designing comprehensive test strategies in Qase, Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data validation, Ability to analyze patterns in defects, Experience mentoring or coaching other QA team members, Communication skills and comfort presenting risk assessments to leadership
