5+ years of experience in a software quality assurance or testing role, Deep understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Skills in creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies, Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira), Hands-on experience with test case management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr), Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or similar, Familiarity with testing across different browsers and mobile devices, Excellent problem-solving skills, Keen eye for detail, Logical approach to troubleshooting, Written and verbal communication skills, Ability to clearly articulate complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Collaborative spirit, Proven track record of working effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
