What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience, Experience with business software systems and user management, Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes, Teamwork oriented, Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities, Ingenuity and the willingness to learn new techniques, Superior problem-solving an analytical mindset, Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and workflows, including how to leverage LLMs to generate test cases, analyze logs, and identify edge cases, Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms such as Testim, Mabl, or Functionize that use ML to create and maintain automated tests, Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and shorten feedback cycles, Comfort working alongside AI-generated code and validating its correctness through structured test strategies, Awareness of responsible AI usage in testing, including prompt engineering basics and understanding model limitations
