5+ years Python backend experience, FastAPI experience, Solid PostgreSQL + S3 (or equivalents), Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka), Production experience integrating with micro services: long-running jobs, retries, failure handling, Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting), Experience in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML), Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes
Nice to Have
Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows, Marketing technology background (ad platforms, creative tools), Experience with StarRocks (or other OLAP databases, ex. Clickhouse), Experience handling large binary files and media storage (S3 multipart uploads, CDN integration, signed URLs), Understanding of async processing for heavy media workloads (chunking, progress tracking, resumable jobs)
