What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Python development with AI/ML focus, experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain), Hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, agents), Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for development, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions, Good understanding of data engineering (data pipelines, preprocessing, feature engineering), Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs), API development experience (FastAPI, Flask, REST), Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, focus on testing and code quality (pytest, unittest, coverage tools), Experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab)
