What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent., Min. 3 years working experience in purchasing and/or Supply Chain in machine and equipment Escalator or elevator industrial area is, Technical knowhow on electrical drawing understanding and familiar with electrical components specification and functions including power distribution system: control cabinet, circuit breaker, contractor, relay, cable and harness, filter, main switch, etc. and control engineering: PLC, I/O module, HMI, frequency inverter, PCBA, sensors, etc., Basic English oral and written ability, Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation, Willing to learn and accept new, High work responsibility and work under, Open-minded, teamwork and service-oriented
What You'll Do.
In charge of electrical components category (low voltage parts) purchasing from source to contract process for platform
Responsible for daily RFQ and sourcing decision for non-standard configuration from major projects and new R&D
Responsible for purchasing targets achievement including QCDS and category management
Identifying and selecting suppliers from category management plan and purchasing supplier sourcing plan in source to contract value
Executing annual price negotiation and daily price negotiation to achieve the best TCO
executing and overseeing contracting to ensure terms are met
and changes of disputes are effectively
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to further improvement and development for long term value
Setting up the responsible products cost model and driving the potential of cost
Working together with tribe team to ensure new product introduction--change request(CR) is on time
Supporting supplier quality management and material management team to resolve suppliers quality and delivery deviations and ensure the material
Living KONE supply chain sustainability requirement like ESG

Working in matrix organization in purchasing and tribe team and realizing the both working responsibilities of; Working together with tribe team to ensure new product introduction--change request(CR) is on time; collaborative teamwork
