3+ years Commercial Property Management experience, Supervisory responsibility, Written and verbal communication experience, Experience preparing annual budgets, Experience preparing ownership reports, Experience preparing CAM reconciliations, Previous experience using real estate software, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, CPM designation, RPA designation, Yardi experience, MRI experience, Kardin experience, AvidXchange experience, IMPAK experience, Analytical, Ability to multitask
