Optimise and manage performance of industrial portfolio
Manage financial performance
Manage stakeholder relationships
Provide strategic reporting
Prepare and manage portfolio budgets and forecasts
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Maximise rental income
Deliver on financial targets
Lead lease administration functions
Manage lease negotiations for renewals
Prepare deal analysis
Draft Heads of Agreement
Oversee tenant fit-out coordination
Engage consultants for tenant make-good obligations
Act as primary champion for customer relationship management
Maintain data integrity in Salesforce
Execute customer engagement plan
Handle tenant liaison
and collaborative relations with stakeholders
Coordinate with Property Services and Engineering staff
Manage operational requirements
Manage capital expenditure projects
Lead coordination for property valuations
Prepare supporting documentation for valuations
Respond to valuer requests
Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements
