Consult clients on sales promotions
Consult account teams on sales promotions
Plan large-scale sales promotions
Plan image promotions
Create cost calculations
Create personnel profiles
Create regional deployment plans
Identify performance improvement areas
Present successes in client meetings
Initiate project-related recruiting
Brief recruiting team
Develop internal processes
Develop employee journey
Implement AI-supported processes
Handle complex situations
Ensure optimal availability during promotions
