Must Have

3-5 years of experience in project management in Pharmaceutical Industry with business partnering role, Industrial / M&S background with experience in various functions, Background in stakeholder management and business partnering across multiple departments or functions, Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

Nice to Have

Experience of working on manufacturing sites in either of these domains is an added advantage, Training or certification in Project Management (not mandatory)

What You'll Do.

Independently execute regular/monthly updates of project MIS including cost

Generate standard project reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy across project management systems.

Support Program & Project Managers in information gathering and documentation for project charter development.

Establish and maintain project tracking systems to monitor progress against schedules and cost parameters.

Prepare regular status updates on project activities and milestones.

Support Program & Project Managers in risk identification

and maintenance of risk registers.

Coordinate risk assessment and mitigation planning activities.

Support Program and Project Managers to create comprehensive project plans and develop project schedules including key milestones.

Coordinate project planning activities.

Independently manage and update project information in Planisware.

Coordinate resource allocation updates and maintain resource management data for governance and analytics.

Implement communication and stakeholder management plans.

Coordinate core and extended team activities.

Support Project Managers in leading project meetings

and document Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

Maintain action/decision logs and project documentation.

Support Project Managers in documentation of project changes related to finance

Handle cost calculations for change requests and maintain change management logs.

Independently handle Purchase Requisitions

and payment tracking.

Coordinate with finance and suppliers to ensure timely processing of project-related transactions.

Perform supplier research

and tender creation processes.

Coordinate supplier communications and monitor supplier performance

Adopt current practice and help in contributing better ways of working along with the Project Management team.

Execute administrative closure activities and archive project documentation.

Coordinate project transitions to manufacturing teams and facilitate lessons learned workshops.
