We are looking for a **Senior Project Quality & Safety Specialist** to oversee and ensure **quality compliance and safety standards** across IBMS data center projects. The role will be responsible for implementing quality systems, enforcing HSE protocols, and supporting project teams in delivering safe and compliant execution. ### 🔹 **Key Responsibilities** ✅ **Quality Management** * Implement and monitor **project quality plans** for IBMS/Data Center projects * Ensure compliance with **client specifications, technical standards, and QA/QC processes** * Conduct **quality inspections, audits, and site reviews** * Manage **non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)** * Ensure proper documentation for **testing, commissioning, and handover** ✅ **Safety (HSE) Management** * Drive implementation of **health, safety & environment (HSE) practices** at project sites * Conduct **site safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks** * Ensure compliance with **EHS policies, safety norms, and statutory regulations** * Identify hazards and implement **risk mitigation measures** * Lead incident investigation and ensure **corrective actions** ✅ **Project Support** * Collaborate with **project managers, site engineers, and contractors** * Monitor adherence to **safety and quality standards
