About the Role: We are seeking a transformational, execution-focused Director of Transformation & PMO to build ASI’s Project Management Office from scratch and lead cross-functional change initiatives that will define the company’s next chapter. This is not a transactional program management role. You will be the connective tissue across technology, business operations, and client-facing initiatives, reporting directly to senior leadership with visibility to the CEO, board, and investors. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, has a track record of building processes where none existed, and knows how to drive execution in a fast-moving financial services organization without relying on heavy corporate process overhead.
