Why you’re here As Project Manager – Technical Services, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Unispace projects by providing technical leadership across the project lifecycle. Leveraging your Mechanical or Electrical Engineering expertise, you will ensure technical excellence, design integrity, and seamless coordination between consultants, contractors, design teams, and clients. You are here to bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring all building services elements are coordinated, buildable, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards. Your technical insight, project management capability, and stakeholder engagement skills will help drive successful project outcomes while enhancing Unispace's reputation for delivering world-class workplace environments. What you’re responsible for • Lead the technical delivery of multiple workplace and commercial fit out projects from design development through construction and handover. • Review and manage Mechanical, Electri
