What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of combined Project Management and Scrum Master experience working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives, 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and/or Senior Scrum Master roles, with expertise in both waterfall and Agile methodologies, Extensive experience in managing technology and business projects with high degree of complexity, systems integration and organizational change management, Proven ability to manage high-visibility projects with executive presence and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, Undergraduate degree, CSM, PMP or equivalent certification, proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, understanding of change and risk management, SDLC, and advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management workflows, including sprint backlogs, milestones, release burndowns, and work-back schedules, A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility
Nice to Have
Experience in a matrix environment, preferably within a financial institution
What You'll Do.

issues and clear escalation path for project committees
Develop PARs and oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements

Build / present for Senior Director & VP level presentations & project communications
