What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-4 years of demonstrated track record delivering end-to-end digital solutions, Advanced English level with the ability to maintain fluent communication, both written and verbal, Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments, preferably working with enterprise-level clients, Proven track record in managing client relationships and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), Proficiency using tools like JIRA, Notion, or similar, alignment with the principles of servant leadership
Nice to Have
Experience working on digital background in CPG, Commerce, or Loyalty is a bonus, Prior experience as a Scrum Master and/or Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM)
What You'll Do.
Manage project roadmaps and mobilize teams against project-level milestones
ensuring timely delivery
Identify and mitigate risks
understanding when to proactively resolve issues and when to escalate them to senior leadership
Coordinate all aspects of project delivery

and raising change requests when needed
Support the estimation process for project timelines
and costs for new opportunities or change requests
