What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance, 3 years post-related experience, Recent extensive Project Management experience (at least three years) in a large scale IT, Proven ability to communicate effectively orally, using tact and diplomacy, and in writing with good briefing skills, Proven success as a project team manager/leader in NCIA or, ITIL Foundation Level, Practical knowledge and experience in Project Management automation (Service Now and Enterprise Resource Planning and other collaboration, Knowledge of NATO or national governmental acquisition policy and procurement, Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian, Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
Nice to Have
A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE 2 Practitioner / Project Management Professional (PMP). The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the
What You'll Do.
implementation and management of assigned projects
Development of procurement strategy
benefit risk analyses
Execute the necessary Quality Assurance functions
understanding client requirements
delivering analysis and problem resolution
Deliver projects within defined Time
planning and allocation of resources to meet project milestones
initiate corrective actions
Supervise (directly or part of a Matrix environment) teams and individuals
Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained
ensure regular and accurate communication
Participate in other project management related
Undertake relevant technical support
Deputize for higher grade
Support other teams in PM related activities
Performs other duties as may be required
