Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of mine water management and water treatment projects, ensuring control of scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, including critical path analysis and coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Oversee conceptual and detailed design phases of water treatment systems, including vendor packages and balance-of-plant components. Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, and resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing, dependencies, and execution plans are in place. Monitor project financial performance, manage budgets, and implement corrective or recovery actions when required. Conduct risk assessments and manage technical, operational, and delivery risks across complex environmental projects. Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior and intermediate project team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader with strong technical grounding in engineering or environmental systems and a proven track record delivering complex infrastructure projects in consulting or industrial environments. You bring strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in demanding project settings. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management, or a related technical field. 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in environmental consulting or infrastructure project delivery. Proven experience managing complex engineering projects, including water treatment systems design and construction. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and performance tracking. Experience working in remote, northern, or mining environments is highly desirable. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience guiding technical teams
