Job Description: A senior project manager with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (New Build Data Centres \- 10+ years experience) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager from an MEP Engineering background with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, planning, and managing MEP systems for Data Centre projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the MEP systems in critical environments, preferably data centres. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement MEP systems for infrastructure fit-out projects, adhering to industry standards and best practices. * Assist the Project Director in managing the JLL team and providing project management services to the client * Oversee the engineering specifications, technical drawings, and construction documents, including schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and equipment layouts. * Evaluate MEP equipment and components, ensuring compatibility with project requirements and optimal performance. * Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to assess the viability and efficiency of MEP systems, proposing improvements and upgrades when necessary. * Provide technical support during the construction phase, reviewing contractor submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance w
