You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity. **Responsibilities** * Lead strategic calls with customers and partners, pushing back when needed. * Translate deals into cross-departmental projects/tasks. * Drive initiatives across integrations, data acquisitions, and commercial pipelines — including market expansion research, disease model development, and hospital partnerships * Coordinate cross-departmental projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, workforce capacity, and resource allocation * Identify bottlenecks early, own documentation, status reporting, and risk logs * Exercise lateral influence, mediate competing priorities, and keep executive stakeholders aligned across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech * Report directly to the COO and support strategic planning **Requirements** **What you need to succeed** * **5+ years in project management in healthcare or regulated environments** * Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, including escalations * Exposure to strategic planning and KPI evaluation across departments * Proven track record managing cross-functional programmes at scale * Strong lateral influence and stakeholder management with executive teams * Skilled mediator, exceptionally organised, and comfortable w
