In this role, you will manage key customer accounts end-to-end — from project planning and execution through to delivery and closure — using Welo Life Sciences's project management standards and tools. You will also partner closely with the Operations Squad Lead to support large enterprise accounts and strategic initiatives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally with account directors, production teams, vendors, and stakeholders around the world to create exceptional customer experiences and drive operational excellence.
