Nice to Have
PMP/PE/CENG certifications, 5 years of experience in Qatar/GCC region, Experience in water engineering, Experience in surface and groundwater networks, Experience in collection systems, Experience in outfalls design, Experience in drainage (pipeline/tunnel) systems
What You'll Do.
Develop project plans and timelines
Create detailed work breakdown structures
Establish realistic timelines and milestones
Identify task dependencies and scheduling buffers
Regularly review and update project plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Facilitate regular meetings and communications
Ensure clear assignment of roles and responsibilities
Mediate conflicts between team members
Align various functional teams towards common project goals
Manage budgets and procurement
Develop comprehensive project budgets
Track expenditures and identify cost variances
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
Optimize procurement strategies
Ensure quality/safety compliance
Stay updated on relevant building codes and regulations
Incorporate compliance requirements into project planning
Implement robust safety protocols for construction activities
Obtain necessary permits and approvals
Monitor progress and make adjustments
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
Regularly review schedule
Identify and address issues or roadblocks promptly
Evaluate the need for changes and adjust accordingly
Communicate with stakeholders
Provide comprehensive status reports to project sponsors
Engage with end-users
