Must Have
4–6 years of experience managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations, specializing in multi-product rollouts and complex, multi-system integrations, Built standard SOPs and project templates that improved and streamlined the implementation lifecycle, Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products
Nice to Have
PMP certification or equivalent, Experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions and annotations in pharma or life sciences, Background in healthcare technology or a marketing agency, Experience mentoring or coaching junior project managers
