Eligibility Requirements

Work will primarily be in an office setting, limited opportunities to be exposed to adverse environmental conditions, working with fingers by picking, pinching, typing, and grasping often with repetitive motion, visual acuity for viewing a computer screen, ability to talk, hear, and sit for extended periods of time, able to carry, lift and push/pull up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally, Additional physical duties may be required as necessary

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field, 10+ years of civil engineering experience with significant exposure to healthcare or campus projects, Proven track record managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and leading diverse teams, Knowledge of healthcare facility design standards, site development, utilities, stormwater management, and environmental considerations, Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders and build trust, Experience working with multidisciplinary architect teams, including building and site mechanical engineers, Experience in various project delivery models including traditional design-bid-build, design-build, CMAR, etc., Ability to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives

Nice to Have

EI PE or on track to obtaining PE strongly preferred

What You'll Do.

Direct healthcare-focused civil engineering projects from concept through completion

Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm’s healthcare market presence

Partner with architects
