Must Have
7-8+ years of experience in agency operations, production management, or studio leadership, Stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and levels, Solid understanding of the full creative production process across print and digital, Experience managing high-volume, multi-disciplinary workflows, Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership capabilities, Fluent in Flemish and French (both written and spoken)

Own workflow governance

Coordinate handovers from external creative agencies
Partner with media agencies for specifications
Partner with media agencies for formats
Partner with media agencies for asset deliveries
Drive adoption of new tools and platforms
Ensure smooth integration into studio workflows
Lead change management
Represent the studio in leadership meetings
Provide status updates
Participate in cross-functional forums
