Must Have

Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Energy Efficiency department to manage and support large or complex utility midstream incentive programs. This role manages client meetings, partners with utility or public-sector stakeholders, manages an internal program implementation team, optimizes program implementation operations for effectiveness, efficiency, and quality control, and advises internal stakeholders on program performance metrics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and oversee large-scale, complex demand side management programs from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities Execute and adapt program implementation approaches in response to evolving market conditions, stakeholder needs, and operational constraints Manage day-to-day program delivery, track timelines, and quality standards and escalates issues to leadership as appropriate Contribute to the development of multi-year program strategies and annual workplans to optimize program performance, market participation, and energy savings outcomes Coordinate cross-functional program implementation teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations Coach and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables, effective workload management, and professional development Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., analytics, operations, finance, compliance) to align integrated program execu
