Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, leadership and team management skills, Excellent English & Arabic communication skills and interpersonal skills, Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion, Understanding of the financial aspects of managing projects and product initiatives
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable

Manage all key stakeholder interfaces—both internal and external; Proactive collaboration and customer engagement; Ensure integrated project planning with customers and KONE full-chain teams; Manages and leads the full-chain project team

Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction, Accountable for proactively managing customer communication, Ensure integrated project planning, Managing project deliverables, Ensure continuous full-chain project monitoring and control, Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting, Ensure that project status and progress are effectively communicated, Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning, and potential recovery actions, Accountable for the project’s financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management, and revenue management, Responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, Accountable for handovers to Customers and Maintenance, as well as project closing activities, Maintain master action log and lessons learned document, Ensures sufficient project resourcing and competencies
