What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera, proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget, excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives, operations teams, contractors, and public agencies, ability to travel frequently to project sites across the U. S. and Canada
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, preferably in an owner’s rep or client-side capacity
What You'll Do.
serve as the Owner’s Representative for a leading car rental company
overseeing the planning
and construction of new facilities
and capital improvements
ensure projects are delivered on time
and aligned with company standards
and airport authority requirements
act as the Owner’s Representative throughout all phases of design and construction
from concept through closeout
manage multiple simultaneous projects
including airport rental car facilities
plumbing and electrical infrastructure
ADA accessibility features
and administrative offices
and construction to ensure alignment with company standards
operational requirements
ensure compliance with lease agreements
airport design criteria
and sustainability goals
lead negotiations and manage relationships with landlords
and regulatory agencies
