What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management, Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Nice to Have
Master's degree, owner’s rep or client-side capacity experience
What You'll Do.
Serve as the Owner’s Representative for a leading car rental company
overseeing the planning
and construction of new facilities
and capital improvements.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects
including airport rental car facilities
plumbing and electrical infrastructure
ADA accessibility features
and administrative offices.
