What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience delivering commercial interiors and workplace environments, directly managed TI projects in hyper scaling tech companies, construction budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, building relationships with external vendors, consultants, GCs, and internal teams, vendor management and contract administration, sourcing, negotiating, and managing agreements, exceptional communicator—clear, concise, and confident in written, verbal, and large-group presentation settings
Nice to Have
background in architecture, interior design, construction project management, led multiple concurrent projects across geographies, ability to align diverse teams toward a unified project vision

Oversee and execute a wide range of projects simultaneously

leading critical project management initiatives and specialty programs
Manage capital budget planning
and financial reporting
Conduct detailed project estimating
and financial analysis
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
Engage and actively manage external vendors

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Real Estate, Corporate Security, IT, Finance; collaborate with internal and external partners; building relationships with external vendors, consultants, GCs, and internal teams; drive accountability across disciplines; align diverse teams toward a unified project vision
