Must Have
15+ years in project and program management, at least 10 years in mission-critical or data center environments, Proven delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects, understanding of MEP systems, understanding of utility coordination, understanding of commissioning, understanding of Tier certification processes, Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making capabilities, Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Nice to Have
PMP, RICS, or equivalent certification, Experience delivering projects in the Middle East or similar regulatory environments, Familiarity with fast-track delivery models, Familiarity with digital project controls, commercial acumen, contract management expertise
