**Job Description:** As the Senior Project Manager – Content Technology, you will oversee implementation projects that span across digital experiences (Strategy, Creative, and Website/Mobile App Development), ensuring budget-conscious delivery with a clear scope. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and requirements, while managing client relationships for satisfaction. Leading a diverse team, you'll guide them towards high-quality outcomes, allocate resources, and adjust for project efficiency. Risk assessment and mitigation will be crucial, alongside budget development and cost control. Communication facilitation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities and documentation of all project facets. This is a remote position, reporting to Director, Project Management. Job Responsibilities: * You will develop project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope. * You will collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements. Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. * You will lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other project resources. Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring collaboration and high-quality project deliverables. * You will allocate project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary capacity to complete their tasks.
