Welcome! This is an exciting new role at Micron! As a Senior Category Supplier Manager, you will lead trade labor and trades programs for large capital projects. These projects are across the eastern United States. Your primary focus will be mega-fab construction in Clay, New York, and ongoing operations in Manassas, Virginia. This role operates at the intersection of construction project execution, labor planning, and workforce coordination, ensuring reliable delivery of skilled trades labor for complex manufacturing and semiconductor building projects. You will work closely with general contractors, trade contractors, unions, and workforce organizations. Your role includes completing labor-related programs, reducing labor-supply risks, and supporting schedule and cost certainty on multiple construction projects happening at the same time. **Key Responsibilities** Lead execution of construction labor strategies in support of large‑scale industrial and semiconductor construction projects (including new fab builds, tool installs, sustaining construction, and expansion efforts) serving as Micron’s point of coordination for construction labor topics and raising risks and constraints to protect safety, quality, and schedule commitments. Support prime builders in delivering stable, skilled labor to meet ambitious construction timelines and production targets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with prime contractors, specialty contractors, union leadership, and trade partners to ensure alignment on labor plans, efficiency expectations, and compliance requirements.
