Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience, 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, 5+ years within the Mission Critical space, Knowledge of applicable building regulations, standards, best practices, and applicable codes, Ability to read and understand project drawings, specifications, and submittals, Experience in developing, managing, and understanding CPM schedules, Ability to lead integrated teams of Engineers, Contractors, Skilled Trades, Equipment Manufacturers, Commissioning Teams, Tenants, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and Stream Professionals, Experience working across multiple locations in the United States, Ability to travel to jobsite locations, Experience leading and mentoring others, written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, SharePoint and Project Management software platform experience
What You'll Do.
and lead project delivery on SDC deployments
Administer Data Center projects in accordance with local
and federal regulations and organizational guidelines
Collaborate with design
Ensure consistent and compliant delivery of projects within one or more campuses
Oversee and lead the project team in project execution
Participate in Preconstruction efforts
Lead project team with procurement of qualified contractors and vendors
Manage and adhere to Development Agreements
Act as primary Tenant Interface
Ensure compliance with the project Quality Assurance and Control program
Ownership of project budget and change management process
Ensure Project Schedule adherence
Creation of Development Agreement Amendments
Ensure accuracy and compliance of scope of work and pricing for contracted vendors
Verify as-builts are up to date and accurate
Review general contractor payment applications
Assist Project Coordinator in creation of monthly tenant invoices and financial draws
Ensure timely submittal and request for information review and resolution
Perform jobsite inspections and review installation progress
Ensure safety best practices and policies are being followed
Development and presentation of weekly and monthly reporting requirements

The primary function of this role will be to administer Data Center projects in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and organizational guidelines. The Sr. Project Manager, Construction is expected to collaborate with the design, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and compliant delivery of projects within one or more campuses.
