Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will play a leading role in managing the construction of Nscale’s data centre facilities, with a particular focus on fit-out / partnered projects. Reporting to the Project Director, this role may be sat across individual projects or multiple concurrently depending on scale and scope of project pipeline, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully by coordinating design, engineering, and construction activities through each stage of project execution. You will manage scope, schedule, progress, quality, and risk, ensuring consistency with Nscale’s standards, governance, and delivery objectives.You will coordinate with internal team members and external partners to deliver on time, safely, and to specification. You will maintain visibility of project budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure informed and proactive decision-making. Collaboration across internal teams — including Engineering, EH&S, Finance, and Operations — will be key to delivering world-class, sustainable infrastructure that supports Nscale’s AI mission.
