Leadership responsibilities for multidisciplinary infrastructure programs, Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets, Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution, Anticipate and identify potential issues and risks, Provide strategic advice and thought leadership, Develop and implement various plans, Direct the services provided by multiple program teams, Monitor team performance and establish a robust QA/QC program, Monitor the financial performance of the program, Contribute to the growth of HDR’s program management services, Experience working in an integrated fashion within a Program Management Office (PMO)
Nice to Have
Master's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field, Experience leading the consultant or owner program management team of at least one [transportation/water/resources] infrastructure program(s) with a capital value of $500 million, Knowledgeable of other alternative delivery/contract models, such as public-private partnership (P3), design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM), and engineering procurement construction (EPC), Willingness to travel regularly, Commute to a client’s site temporarily
What You'll Do.
Assume leadership responsibilities for management of multidisciplinary infrastructure
Advise clients on technical
Leverage lessons learned from other programs
and monitor all aspects of program
Oversee a broad range of disciplines
Anticipate and identify potential issues and risks
Assist client with problem-solving
Assist client with issues resolution
Assist client with risk mitigation
Assist client with timely decision-making
Provide strategic advice
Provide thought leadership
Deploy required resources to address program challenges
Deploy required resources to address unanticipated events
Develop and implement various plans
Develop and implement business processes
Develop and implement tools

Direct services provided by multiple program teams
Promote alignment within the team
Secure required resources to deliver services
Focus on contract compliance
Monitor team performance
Establish a robust QA/QC program
Meet client expectations
Monitor financial performance against metrics
