University/college education, Demonstrated understanding of and experience with the Ministry of Health Capital Planning process, Demonstrated project control skills, including development and monitoring of budgets and schedules, Effective leader in a team environment, Outstanding organization, priority setting and problem-solving skills, Outstanding written and oral communication skills, Ability to travel between all hospital campuses, Must demonstrate Osler’s Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
Nice to Have
PMP® certification, project management relevant work within healthcare facilities, Experience in P3 Infrastructure Ontario Progressive or Alliance contracts, Demonstrated computer skills, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Auto-Cad

Work collaboratively with project partners; Liaise with Hospital User Groups; Liaise with Hospital Leadership; Liaise with Consultants; Liaise with Contractors; Liaise with Municipality; Liaise with Osler Foundation; Liaise with Ministry of Health Capital Team; Liaise with other partner groups; Participate in User Group meetings; Participate in Community engagement; Participate in Design meetings; Participate in OAC meetings; Participate in Project Steering Committee meetings
