Must Have
Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with focus on Building Systems, Building Science, Architectural Science, or a related discipline, Over 7 years of experience in building restoration, building envelope consulting, or related consulting or construction environment, P. Eng. designation is required and in good standing with PEO, technical expertise in building envelope systems including roofing, waterproofing, concrete restoration, and cladding systems, Proven experience in condition assessments, specification writing, tendering, and construction administration, Demonstrated ability to lead projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, Experience mentoring, reviewing, and delegating work to junior engineers or technologists, technical writing and communication skills with ability to produce high-quality reports and client-facing documents, organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience with Bluebeam or similar tools is an asset
