What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-15 plus years of experience in project management in the civil construction industry, Post-secondary education, such as a degree or diploma in a related field, and/or relevant combination of experience, computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines, Excellent leadership and team management skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and alliances with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
PMP or other project management certification is considered an asset, Estimating experience is preferred, computer skills with knowledge of relevant software applications, such as MS Project and Primavera is considered an asset, Experience with HeavyBid, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Trimble an asset

Manage entire project portfolio lifecycle
Provide leadership to project teams
Ensure projects completed on time
Monitor and control project progress
Communicate project information to stakeholders
Facilitate project and team meetings
Resolve and/or escalate issues
Collaborate with clients
Ensure accurate project administration
Prepare and manage project documentation
Build and enhance client relationships
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with estimating, operations, and project management team; Providing leadership to project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff; Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders; Build and enhance relationships with new and existing clients, consultants, suppliers and trades
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Communicate relevant project information to team members, supervisors and clients
Process & Methodology
Full cycle project management, Strategic planning, Tactical activities, Budget management, Schedule management, Resource management, Quality assurance, Project progress monitoring, Issue identification and resolution, Project documentation management, Change order pricing, Request for information tracking, Document control, Contract administration
