Must Have
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies, Experience in fintech domain (e.g., payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB, card issuing, or similar areas) is required, Proven experience building and leading teams, Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch, understanding of SDLC and Agile practices, Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management, Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions, Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, Industry expertise in SaaS, English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate
Nice to Have
Experience managing distributed or remote teams, Technical background or software development experience, Certifications: PMI, PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner
